The following documents are required to apply for a vehicle loan:

• A duly filled application form and credit information
• KYC documents of the applicant and co-applicant/guarantor (if any), including identity proof (PAN card/Voter's ID/Passport/Aadhaar, etc.) and address proof (Driving license/Passport/Aadhaar, etc.) with two latest passport size photographs
• Performa invoice from an authorized vehicle dealer
• Receipt of advance/booking amount payment
• For salaried individuals, income proof such as the last two year's ITR/Form 16, the latest three salary slips, and proof of other income (if any) that is not reflected in ITRs/Form 16. For non-salaried individuals, income proof such as the last two year's ITR and proof of other income (if any) that is not reflected in ITRs/Form 16
• Bank statement for the last six months
• Additional documents required if the applicant/co-applicant is an NRI, including an employment contract or offer letter (if the employer's contract is in any language other than English, the same has to be translated into English and attested by the employer/Indian Embassy), the latest work permit, a copy of the passport, local address proof (if any), visa stamped on the passport, identity card issued by the current employer, and attested power of attorney (POA) document executed abroad by NRI applicants from the respective Indian Embassy
• Additional documents required in case of a takeover from another bank/FI, including a sanction letter and statement of account for the last 12 months.
