Talking ATM
As pioneers in India, we have deployed thousands of Talking ATMs providing audio guidance for secure and independent transactions.
Union Sparsh Braille Debit Card
The customized card with tactile indicators help you easily identify your card. We offer Debit Card with Touch and Feel Features Sparsh Braille Debit Card, a specially designed debit card for visually impaired customers.
Internet Banking
The Internet Banking Integrated with accessibility features and keyboard operability for screen reader users to enjoy enhanced usability. We have dedicated accessibility page on the home page to guide you on navigation with assistive technologies.
Mobile Banking (ease App)
The mobile banking is integrated with accessibility features, ensuring seamless navigation for screen reader users. Large fonts, clear headings, and intuitive interfaces enhance usability for all.
Digital Rupee App by UBI
The CBDC platform enabled app, Digital Rupee by UBI incorporates a dedicated “Accessibility” option to provide navigation guidance tailored to the needs of visually impaired users.
Union Voice Assistant (UVA)
UVA is an innovative way for customers to remotely access banking services seamlessly through voice commands. UVA leverages Alexa platform to connect with customers.
Union Virtual Connect (UVConn)
Our WhatsApp chat-based banking service allows you to interact with us through text, offering greater convenience for those with hearing disabilities, available in seven languages, anytime, anywhere.
SMS Banking
Receive instant transaction notifications and avail services like balance inquiries and mini statements via SMS.
Door Step Banking
For senior citizens (above 70 years) and differently-abled persons, we provide essential banking services at your home, ensuring convenience and comfort.

Call Centre (IVR based)
Our 24x7x365 multi-language call center is available for your banking needs.
Union Dial
A quick and convenient way to apply for loan products. All you need to is to just dial the unique number 9619333333 or SMS <ULOAN> to 56161 After your call/ SMS received our executive will call you and inform you the scheme guidelines and help you to apply for the loan.

NDFDC Loan Support
We are one of the channelling banks for National Divyangjan Finance and Development Corporation (NDFDC) loans. We provide NDFDC loans for Self-employment, Education loan, Housing loan, Modified Scooter/Bike loan, Four-wheeler loan & loan for assistive device to any Indian Citizen with 40% or more disability (Disability as defined in PwD Act 2016 or its amendments).
