Policies and Disclosures
The Board of Directors of the Bank have approved various policies for conducting the business of the Bank and for meeting with regulatory requirements. The policies and codes published by the Banking Codes and Standards Board of India [BCSBI] have also been adopted and implemented by the Bank. Mandatory disclosures have been as per regulatory requirements. These policies / codes / disclosures are now presented here for access by all interested persons and institutions, in compliance with regulatory rules in force.
