Union RERA Current Account is a type of current account offered by Union Bank of India specifically designed for Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) registered entities.

The Union RERA Current Account scheme combines the Union RERA Project Account (URPA), Union RERA Operative Account (UROA), and Union RERA Collection Account (URCA).

There is no such requirement in collection and project account, but minimum balance is required in Union RERA Operative Account only.
