If your credit card is lost or stolen, please contact our customer service immediately to report the incident. We will assist you in blocking the card and arranging for a replacement. Card can be blocked in 4 more ways-

• SMS - Send an SMS CARDLOST XXXX (where XXXX denotes last 4 digits of your credit card no.) from registered mobile no. to 7836884400
• Union Credit card app. - Log in Union Credit card app., go to Manage card section to block your credit card
• VYOM app - Log in VYOM app., go to Credit card option under Transact section, choose your credit card (to block), block using Hot-list Credit Card option
• Credit card website - Log in website, Go to “Lost Card” under Request section to block the card (choose Re-issue card option for issuance of replacement card)
• UV connect - Avail credit card services (block/unblock) on our official Whatsapp no. 9666606060 from your registered mobile no.

There are 3 ways to request replacement card:

• Union Credit card app. - Log in Union Credit card app., go to Service Request section and click on Request for Replacement of Card option

• SMS - Send an SMSLOSTREPL<space>XXXX (where XXXX denotes last 4 digits of your credit card no.) from registered mobile no. to 7836884400

• Credit card website - Log in website (https://unioncards.unionbankofindia.co.in), replacement card should be requested at time of blocking the card. Under Lost Card section, choose Yes in RE ISSUE CARD option.

Renewed/replacement credit card will be delivered to the registered address (in the records) at time of renewal/replacement request.

• Union Credit card app. - Log in Union Credit card app., tap on hamburger menu on top left, check User Profile under Account option.  PRESENT ADDRESS is address of communication.

• Credit card website - Log in website (https://unioncards.unionbankofindia.co.in), visit My Profile section to see Communication Address.

You can request the address update in your branch providing copy of address proof.

Address update can also be requested through your registered email id. Kindly send the scan copy of address proof with request for address update to ccdhelpdesk@unionbankofindia.bank

If you notice any unauthorized transactions on your credit card statement, contact our customer service immediately to report the issue. We will initiate an investigation and take appropriate measures to resolve the matter. You can also block the credit card to prevent further misuse. After blocking the card, matter can be reported at ccdhelpdesk@unionbankofindia.bank

Credit card dues can be paid in 4 ways:

• VYOM app - Log in VYOM app., Go to Transact section, click on Credit Card icon

• UPI - Credit card Statement (delivered to registered e-mail ID) contains QR Code & VPA (Virtual Payment Address). Pay your dues using UPI by scanning QR code or input VPA to pay.

• Net Banking – pay credit card bill using Union Bank of India internet banking

• Credit card app. – Login Credit card app., click on Payment icon. Proceed to pay through Union Bank of India internet banking or Bill Desk

• Credit card website – Visit website https://unioncards.unionbankofindia.co.in . Go to CREDIT CARD PAYMENT tab for payment of credit card dues

No, rewards points are not offered on cash withdrawal transactions done on your credit card
