To complete a loan application, you will need to provide several documents, including:

• A filled application form
• Credit information
• KYC documents of the applicant and co-applicant/guarantor (if any), including identity proof (such as PAN card, Voter ID, Passport, Aadhaar, etc.), address proof (such as Driving license, Passport, Aadhaar, etc.), and two latest passport size photographs.
• Income proof for salaried individuals: Last 2 years' ITR/Form 16, latest 3 salary slips, and proof of other income (if any). For non-salaried individuals: last 2 years' ITR and proof of other income (if not reflected in ITR/Form 16).
• Bank statements for the last 6 months
• Property documents based on the proposed property, including an agreement to sell/allotment letter, property ownership documents such as title deed/original sale deed/share certificate(s) issued by the society, and other link parent documents conveying ownership. In case of 2nd or onward sale, all original documents must be in the possession of the owner/seller. Other documents include advance payment receipts/own contribution receipts, a copy of the approved plan by the local body, NOC from the Builder/Developer/Society, and statutory and regulatory approval of the construction of the proposed residential unit as per state laws. In the case of construction/extension/repairs/renovations, an estimate of the cost of construction/extension/repairs/renovations is required.
• Additional documents in case of take-over from another Bank/FI, such as a sanction letter, statement of account for the last 12 months, and confidential credit report from the existing bank.
• Additional documents in case the applicant/co-applicant is an NRI, including an employment contract or offer letter, the latest work permit, a copy of the passport, local address proof (if any), visa stamped on the passport, identity card issued by the current employer, and attested power of attorney (POA) document (if executed abroad).
